A watchdog committee set up by Teignbridge Council has recommended that the Leisure Centre at Sandy Lane could benefit from a rethink about how its internal spaces are used. Cllr Alan Connett said "There is an opportunity to improve and encourage more users to the centre" If it gets the go ahead a gym could be in place within the next six months.
