TEIGNBRIDGE District Council’s finances have been boosted by better-than-expected income from recycling. A mentally ill son was in the grip of drug-fuelled delusions when he stabbed his mother in a frenzied attack in their home. Dillon Leader, 18, knifed, strangled and pinned down his mum during a prolonged assault, a court heard.
