Out of desperation I have just been to Shutterton to get rid of some of the contents of my black wheelie bin which is overflowing, only to be told that they don't accept kitchen waste! What am I supposed to do with it. Put it in a dog poop bin? I suppose it would then get used. Someone has already let their dog crap where it was all nicely cleaned up yesterday.
