a2z - not that I'm disagreeing with your sentiments but why do you have to have a knock at DARE? (I'm not a member by the way). The problem that some of us 'incomers', 'internal migrants', 'relocated' have is that if we try to get involved and get things changed then we get accused of taking over by those whose families have been living here for generations.
