January's Town Council Meeting (Dawlish) should kill the shops in The Strand quite nicely, well done the council, lots of thought went into this decision How & who will monitor the 30 minutes free in The Brunswick, also before 10 am and after 4 pm in The Strand. No mention of traffic congestion in Plantation Terrace Can teignbridge stand the loss of income from Pay & Display and PCN's 196 ...

I think your playing games, all those venues will hold that amount of people
its the greenland opposite the entrance to Smugglers Inn behind the houses there. You can walk along there, OaklandWoods back on to part of it and you can walk up Oak Hill to the crossroads and take a left signposted Holcombe and there is an entrance there
