@Dorian . I'm at a loss to know how I or any councillor can help with the issue of the float ownership other than to tell you that it does not belong to the council. I respect that observer has a clear understanding that the council gave a grant at some point in the past with a condition that the carnival group should let other groups also use the float. The Council does not own the float, it does not appear on our list of assets and it should be there if it is council property.
