Lynn they couldn’t add information to the council website until the lawn group had completed the work we were asked to do. We completed that 2 weeks ago and it is now in the website.

At last they have arrived to cut the grass along the Exeter Road. I think the blower is blowing the grass cuttings down the drains

How about locals with pitchforks? I'm sure they'd do it for free.
So if it is self financing then: 1. A lot of people will need not only to infringe the dog legislation but also to be caught infringing it or 2.A target will need to be set whereby a certain number of people will need to be fined (whether or not they have infringed the law) in order for the self financing target to be met.
