Just seen the great news that the local economy is going to be boosted again by Devon hosting the 5th stage of the Tour of Britain cycle race. Our stage is on Thursday 11th Septmber and comes through Starcross and Mamhead again. Just a thought, but it would be fantastic if the Route 2 cycle path was completed before the big day. Thanks Stephen. I was thinking more about those of us that travel to work from Dawlish.
The first train to Paignton is at 5:55am and the first to Exeter is at 06:21am. There are a further 16 trains between Dawlish and Exeter scheduled to run before 12-noon. Hardly a "token movement of trains". Normal service is being resumed!

No problems at all for me with Freeview. Pixelation might be caused by interference from other nearby electronic equipment - including mobile phones. If not, then either retune or re-align your aerial.
