Given globalisation and the economic and political clout of vast international corporations and middle east regimes I would question the term 'independent' trading nation. 'ows yer hard Brexit food/medicine stockpile coming along?

So if the Germans are all so powerful what makes you and other like minded souls think that we will be immune to its power if we leave the EU? UK plc does not, and will not, exist in a geopolitical/economic vacuum.
