3-way traffic lights have been holding up traffic along Exeter Road and Sandy Lane all week. There doesn't seem to be any work being carried out. Anyone know what is going on?

Dawlish Town Council is considering applying for a grant, which would support an Outdoor Market pilot. This market would have to be situated in Dawlish town centre, and would be funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (part of the UK Government’s Levelling Up Agenda).
