Thanks anyway to those councillors who have provided constructive/positive feedback to my original request.

"The wishes of the people" were that 44% wanted the pavilion but only 36% wanted a Victorian bandstand. The most remarkable wish of the people was that of 20% of them who wanted the current bandstand left as it is.
