Other than Dawlish (of course!), what's your favourite holiday destination in the UK. For me, it's the Isle of Barra - one of the islands that form the Outer Hebrides in Scotland. Magnificent isolation, wildlife watching, the best beaches in the UK bar none, and if you go by plane (a 12-seater) you land on the cockle strand! Oh, and they know how to serve whiskey there! Where do you recommend?
My favourite cocktail is the Cosmopolitan - what's everyone elses favourite? I serve my guests Cosmo's like this: 1 and a half parts vodka 1 part Cointreau 1 part Cranberry Juice Dash of Lime Juice 1 Lime Rind Shake all the ingredients with cracked ice, pour into a cocktail glass - et voila!

What's everyones favourite European holiday destination? Mine is the villa we stay in that's just outside Puerto Pollensa on the island of Mallorca. A beautiful place near a beautiful town on a beautiful island. What about you?
