Brazilnut thank goodness you understand. I dont think wriggler would think its a simple error or a mountain out of a molehill if it happened to him/her, re understand a simple error that it is pathetic. could wriggler be someone else I am thinking of using a different post name.
Wriggler, I know its an error. You state "are not produced manually" are you saying they -the figures are automatically added to the letter, thats ridiculous. You also state " or read by a person, totally unrealistic to do that". That does not make any sense either, as you will see there are two of them. I could write and ask them for a refund of £7 on the first one and £32 on the second ...
Andysport, I guess I am a bit slow, brain cells dropping dead daily. My concern is these people are supposed to be professional and are taking money from the public for unlawful parking which if they are correct is ok. But how many other mistakes are they making and being misssed.
