Personally, I visit Berry Head to enjoy the scenery and have a nice cup of tea and slice of cake at the lovely cafe there. But each to their own. I think that the ANPR system in use there is great (not that these things overly excite me!!!). To say that “people do not bother to look at the charges” is somewhat condescending.
