Personally, I visit Berry Head to enjoy the scenery and have a nice cup of tea and slice of cake at the lovely cafe there. But each to their own. I think that the ANPR system in use there is great (not that these things overly excite me!!!). To say that “people do not bother to look at the charges” is somewhat condescending. Some might not, but I’m pretty confident that the vast majority ...
I’ll take that as a compliment majorp. Disappointing though that someone who always asks questions seems so reluctant to answer other people’s questions himself.
Thanks Plod. That just about confirms the assumption that I’d made re local authority use of ANPR hereabouts. Just waiting for majorp to answer my other question now.
Thanks for that Plod. Do you happen to know whether any local-local authorities use them? Please don’t make an FOI request to find out though, as I wouldn’t want my Council Tax bill to go up any more! :)
