It would be great if they could do some maintenance on the benches in The Manor.

Spiral 1, I agree its not the best tasting water, you would think that for the amount they charge (SWW) they would correct the problem.

" £150 is legally enforcable." No it is not enforceable as you have not signed a contract with them, should they decide to take you to small claims they can only claim what they can prove they have lost monetarily

By the meaning of land owners I am thinking of IE; supermarkets etc. they may well install the kind of ticket machines that give a ticket upon entry and payment if you overstay the time limit when exiting, but it is still supposed to be a contract between you and the enforcing agency, and they may keep the barriers down until you pay whatever they charge they are asking for, even though its a ...

HuwMatthews2, I just checked Nelson/AndyMac email and he spelt it    nelsonthealsation@.......... if I continue to get the pathetic remarks from him I will put the full email address and name and he can do the same to me, the webmaster can then   remove it at his leisure.
