As the crime is alleged it should not be included until proven guilty. Whilst I have sympathy for the worker who made the error its the tax payer who will pick up the £90.000 bill.

We could cross our fingers but I doubt it. Wonder how between 2010/2011 they found the addresses of drivers to chase payment, or didnt they? if not that could have contributed to the £600.000 loss between 2008/2012
