Just got back from a few days in Cornwall. Boy was it biz -zee. Lots and lots of people. Gawd knows what it will be like during the school summer holidays. Not at all surprised that there has been a surge in Covid cases in the county with cases having rocketed from a reported 5.6 per 100,000 to 59.8 per 100,000 within a 7 day period.
I think it's probably SW Water. They're doing a major project in the area separating storm water from foul water. I think it's just a compound for their kit. But be prepped for more housing as they are making more capacity for the sewers.

Rather a lot of heat shimmer to get really close up shots at 260x magnification.
Seems to be quite a few vehicles and they have cleared a large area near the farmers entrance to the fields just of Empsons Hill and Badlake Hill junction.
I don't think you can either....but if TDC can hide behind GDPR they will unfortunately.
I did not think you could make an anonymous complaint to the council.
Isn't it strange that TDC take notice of ONE COMPLAINT ( https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-devon-57453889 ) and take action but when hundreds complain about something, no notice is taken. PS. Yes, I know it is not Dawlish but Kenton, but still a TDC matter!
Replies that you can expect: 1. "It's not a consultation, they've already made their mind up". 2. "Why build all these houses, nobody needs them?". 3. "People keep buying all these new houses that they're always building, but what about the extra traffic they're causing?". 4. "I blame cyclists".
