Correct. I have since been informed that the refuse collectors are NOT picking up loose black bags now. Only rubbish in your wheelie bin will be collected.

No, it was in my bin in the kitchen, so that is where I took it from.
During my investigations around town yesterday, 20/01/10, I noticed that the Black Swan opposite the Old Post office was on 2 eggs.
Simply because It wasnt in a wheelie bin to start with.
