As it is on the agenda (Item 12) any member of the public wishing to attend and speak on the matter would be allowed to do so at the beginning of the meeting, or at another time at the discretion of the PC Chairman. BTW, for those contemplating doing so it would be sensible to take your own support material as the Town Council are well known for not providing anything other than a printed agenda ...

Lynne, I have also been told that the extended Carhaix Way will not be open to through traffic once the building work is complete. I'm not sure what type of restriction is planned - smart bollards perhaps (to allow the passage of emergency or service vehicles) or maybe just signage indicating "access only".
