Yes it is happening already. PR has to happen, no other meaningful change can occur without it. I'd join a local PR group, campaign only on that issue with a broad base. We need real activism, not just online discussions.

I agree with you on points 1 and 3, the Green idealism does sort of depend upon world peace. But the complete opposite to core green policy, which is to allow further environmentally reckless policies under the Tories is not the answer.
