We are most delighted to welcome Teignmouth Film Society with their showing of ‘Where the Crawdads Sing’. Abandoned by her family at a tender age, a solitary Catherine attempts to fend for herself, much to society’s dismay. Soon, she finds herself framed for her former boyfriend’s death. Door and bar opens at 7:00PM, £5 on the door.  Film starts at 8:00PM

The Shaftesbury Theatre are very happy to present to you ‘Cider with Rosie’ by Laurie Leee. An extremely vivid description of the author’s life in a small English village in the early part of the 20th century, Cider With Rosie depicts a world that was soon to vanish: a world where transport was limited to the horse and cart, and where there were few reasons to travel away from one’s home.
