Relive the ultra glam 80s with The Mitre Players' production of hit musical comedy The Wedding Singer, based on the film starring Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler. Wedding singer Robbie Hart is looking forward to marrying fiancee Linda. But when Linda ditches him at the altar, waitress friend Julia is there with a shoulder to cry on. Robbie finds himself falling for Julia but there's just one problem - she's engaged to someone else. With an original score that will bring memories of 80s hits flooding back, a cast of 19 and a live band, this bittersweet comedy guarantees a good night out with a feel-good tingle at the end.
