The artist Thomas Luny was born in 1759. He painted great sea battles, Maritime events and South Devon coastal scenes. Local enthusiast, Malcom Rae, will give an illustrated talk on Luny's work. This will be followed by a buffet supper in the Mayor's Parlor.
