The mayor of Dawlish, Cllr Rosalind Prowse will turn on the lights at 5pm outside Bow Windows.Westcliff School will be singing and hot chestnuts, mince pies and mulled wine be available.The Stormforce junk band will be on the Lawn at 5.30pm
