We're delighted to welcome Heart Research UK to the Strand Centre for a day of FREE Heart Health Checks. Each 20-minute appointment includes: Blood pressure check, cholesterol test, body composition assessment, and personal lifestyle advice. Appointments are free but must be booked in advance.
