The grass area at the top half of the playing field is being mown more irregularly than previously leading to speculation that the land is being primed for development.
Teignbridge Council say there are no plans to build on that part of the field and the reason they have changed the grass cutting regime is because the pitch and put golf facilities were taken away. There will be paths cut through the area on a regular basis.
