I’m interested in starting my journey into energy healing and have been researching different options. Could anyone share their experiences or recommend reputable courses for Reiki training?

I’m particularly curious about the differences between online and in-person classes, as well as what to expect in terms of certification and practice opportunities. How long did your training take, and did it meet your expectations? Any tips for beginners or things to watch out for would be really helpful.

I’ve done both online and in-person Reiki training. Online classes are flexible but can feel less personal, while in-person offers hands-on practice and direct energy exchange. Reiki training certification varies by school—some give certificates after each level. Reiki I usually takes a weekend, with higher levels needing more time and practice. For beginners, it’s important to find a teacher you connect with and who supports you after training. Trust your intuition when choosing a course, as the right energy and guidance make a big difference. Overall, both formats can work, but in-person tends to be more immersive.
