The JetBlue crew was welcoming and accommodating, and boarding was well-organized. The terminal has a calm yet effective atmosphere overall. It's unquestionably among finest terminals. If you're leaving from Terminal 5, I strongly suggest taking a JetBlue flight. It truly establishes a high bar.
