Lately, I’ve been exploring how our surroundings impact our mental state — and one surprising thing that’s really helped me is art. Not just any art, but visuals that spark emotion, curiosity, or calmness. One artist who really stood out for me is Yayoi Kusama. Her patterns, dots, and colors are oddly soothing yet bold.
