Beyond Dawlish

Hi there, I would like to give you my experience at Tap Air Portugal EWR Terminal. The check-in desks were orderly and the personnel were friendly. I was happy with the speedy bag drop facility. Security wasn't unpleasant either, and I managed to get a cup of coffee in before boarding. The gates are nicely labeled, though the terminal needs more seats by them. TAP's gate agents were helpful and bilingual, facilitating the smooth exchange of information. Boarding began right on time, and we departed the gate promptly. Generally, TAP at Terminal was better than I anticipated. Certainly a pleasant, well-organized international departure experience.
