Beyond Dawlish

Hello! Flew Alaska Airlines EWR Terminal and generally enjoyed myself. The terminal isn't the newest, but it's clean. Employees were friendly and informative. Check-in was speedy, and security was no big deal. I appreciated how streamlined everything seemed, from dropping off bags to boarding. The terminal could stand to have more restaurants, but it had the basics. The gate agents were friendly, which helped set a good tone before the flight. My flight was on time, and the boarding was smooth. Not flashy, but efficient and friendly. That's precisely what I want while flying.
