Hi! The Qatar Airways Tel Aviv Office was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I stopped by to get baggage rules cleared up for an upcoming family vacation and left utterly at ease. The staff were knowledgeable about all the specifics and happy to repeat information again and again with no hint of frustration. My children even received a little sticker from the front desk representative—such a lovely little gesture! The atmosphere was peaceful and well-organized. You do not always anticipate this kind of service at an airline counter, so I was impressed. Huge thumbs up from me and my family.
