As global travelers and wealthy investors increasingly seek wellness, nature, and authentic experiences, destinations like Al Marjan and  Sobah Siniya Island  will become even more desirable.
Boutique hotels, wellness retreats, branded residences, and eco-friendly luxury developments are already part of the conversation.

Real estate agents in Dubai who position themselves now — gaining expertise in these rising markets — will be the trusted advisors of tomorrow’s elite buyers.

Al Marjan Island is not just another real estate project; it’s a long-term vision backed by strong fundamentals, government support, and an unmatched location.

Transfer Ownership at Dubai Land Department

After receiving the NOC, both buyer and seller must meet at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) or a registered trustee office to officially transfer ownership. The DLD process involves

  • Submission of identification documents (passport, visa, Emirates ID)

  • Payment of the 4% DLD transfer fee (usually split between buyer and seller)

  • Confirmation of the final sale price and issuance of the new title deed

The buyer also pays an administrative fee, and upon completion, the property title is registered in their name. Most  real estate companies in dubai  facilitate this step and ensure compliance with all regulations.
