My experience at the Delta Airlines Paris Office was generally positive. I had to make some last-minute adjustments to my flight, and the employees were very helpful. When I got there, I was stressed about my situation, but the agents immediately calmed me down and assumed responsibility for the situation. They efficiently modified my ticket and assisted me in rescheduling my travel. The office is situated in a centralized location, which makes it easy to locate. The waiting room was large and well lit, and while there were a few customers in front of me, I didn't have a long wait. The employees were very informed and responded to all my queries on my flight, luggage, and rebooking procedures. I truly loved how tolerant they were, given that I was a little nervous about the adjustments. Rebooking was very smooth, and I received accurate information on my new flight schedule. Though the office may have been more modern, it was cozy and had the services that I required. The customer service is exquisite here, and I departed feeling pleased about my trip. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my experience. Delta's personnel in Paris exceeded expectations to help me, and I'll definitely be back if I ever have to get assistance again with a flight.
