Beyond Dawlish

I visited the Emirates Airlines New York Office with three of my friends to organize our travel to Dubai, and I was really impressed with the quality of service that we received. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we entered, and we were assisted immediately. The office was clean, up-to-date, and quiet—perfect for having things organized without any hassle. We had a few questions regarding visa requirements, seat selection, and baggage allowances, and the person who served us—her name was Amina—was extremely patient and well-informed. She went the extra mile to explain everything in detail and even gave us tips on how to get a smoother check-in at JFK. What actually impressed us most was how she rearranged our seats for us so we could sit together without us paying an additional fee. Little things like that go a long way. They also printed out all of our confirmations and explained to us what to expect at every step of the way. It genuinely did calm the minds of my friends, and a few were traveling abroad for the first time. Overall, it was one incredible experience, and it honestly did set the tone for the rest of my vacation. Emirates has been touted as a luxury flight for years now, but I now realize their ground staff service in New York is also high-quality!
