Hello! I had a wonderful time visiting the EVA Air Toronto Office. The employees were very courteous and understanding with all of my questions. I was booking an international flight and needed a couple of special requests, which they fulfilled with no problem at all. The wait time was minimal, and the ambiance was clean and well-kept. I loved how they thoroughly explained my ticketing options and baggage allowances. Overall, I felt satisfied and confident with my overall booking. Strongly recommend visiting if you require personal help. Excellent service from an exceptional airline!
