Beyond Dawlish

Hello! I recently flew with Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal and was impressed by how straightforward and stressless the flight was. The terminal itself was clean, sleek, and less chaotic than other areas of Southwest Airlines. The employees were friendly, friendly-smiling, and more than happy to help me with all my pre-flight questions. I was pleased with the clear announcements and well-organized boarding procedure. There were some food vendors and coffee carts nearby, so the short wait wasn't bad. Even locating power outlets was not a problem! Honestly, I was bracing myself for chaos at but Southwest's terminal was both calm and smooth. I left with such a good impression. Huge thanks to the Southwest folks —you're doing an excellent job maintaining the friendly, smooth vibe!
