Beyond Dawlish

Hi there! Just thought say I had an incredible experience at the British Airways Atlanta Office. My elderly parents were traveling abroad for the first time in years, and we had a multitude of questions. The customer service team was extremely patient and compassionate, working through travel insurance, wheelchair assistance, and check-in procedures. It was such a comfort to have it all explained graciously and thoroughly. The office itself was tidy, and we didn't have to wait long to be attended to. I departed feeling so thankful for the assistance we were given—British Airways definitely provides quality service both on and off the aircraft.
