Hi! Just wanted to give a positive feedback on my visit to the Lufthansa Airlines Jakarta Office. The staff at the office was quite professional and friendly. I had some questions about baggage allowances for our family trip, and they went through everything very clearly. It was a very personalized experience, and we were not hurried at all. The office had a friendly ambiance to it, and it was a pleasure visiting. My family and I are now eagerly anticipating our next flight even more following this smooth encounter.
