Beyond Dawlish

Hi! One week prior to our travel, we were confronted with an unforeseen dilemma—my brother had to postpone his travel because of work. We feared the worst regarding changing the flight, additional fees, and seat availability on a different date. But one simple visit to the Qatar Airways Malta Office assuaged all our fears. The people were extremely accommodating and assisted us in arranging an alternative flight that worked for us with little additional expense. Their professionalism and efficiency made a very stressful experience so much less painful.
