The corpora cavernosa of the penis are fully erect in soft glans syndrome, a sexual excitement clutter, but the corpus cavernosum and glans penis remain cold and delicate. This negatively affects both the appearance of the erect penis and the ability to infiltrate during sexual activity. Regarding the prevalence of the delicate glans condition, there are no epidemiologic questions. When a patient has sexual brokenness, few doctors ask if the glans penis enlarges and becomes stiff during sexual excitement. In particular, neither glans engorgement nor this rigidity are addressed by the most widely used psychometrically accurate measure of male sexual arousal.
