One of our last posts about our drug supply disruptions resulted in some negative comments for some reason.
(The suspected cannabis mentioned in that post has an approximate value of £20,000, not just a couple of bags of weed)
It is worth remembering that the misuse of drugs is a major factor in the reasons behind violent crime and prolific theft.
Drug supply also influences child exploitation. This is why it is one of our priorities and why we will keep telling you about it.
Yesterday the pro-active and neighbourhood team conducted a warrant at an address on Coronation Avenue in Dawlish.
A few thousand pounds worth of suspected class A was located alongside evidence of drug supply and preparation.
One male was arrested and a female is assisting us with our enquiries.
