HEAVY rain is filling up the Brook in Dawlish today with water as rain and thunderstorms arrive in the region. The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for today with some localised disruption possible.

Despite covering the 'island' it's still there, until our wonderful(?) council and MP actually do something about it instead of pretending it's not there.
