Dawlish Discussion

Hi,
currently have sold our house in cornwall and looking to move to Dawlish to be closer to family. Have 3 children who's ages are 14. 12 and 6. We are looking to rent at least a three bedroom house with garden in the Dawlish area.We do have pets, but are a clean, tidy household, any prospective and serious landlord can inspect our house if they so desire.
