• On the IVR, select the option to speak to an airline representative. 
• State your flight change request. 
• If you agree to the new flight itinerary, go ahead with the process. 
• Share your credit card details to pay for the fare difference, if applicable. 
• After the flight change process is complete, you will receive the change confirmation by mail.
