A retired nursery nurse died after she was pulled from waters off the Dawlish coast, an inquest has heard. The brief inquest opening at Plymouth Coroner's Court was held earlier this week, noting the passing of 59-year-old Christine Louise Mead who was born in Wanstead, London and resided at an address in Devonshire Place, Exeter.
