The Old Vicarage, described as having once been one of the best buildings in Dawlish, is said to be in a critical state of suffering further deterioration

Desperate attempts are being made to save a crumbling Grade II listed building, described as once being one of the best in Dawlish, from complete ruin. Increasing concerns are being voiced over the fate of the Old Vicarage in Weech Road which was deemed to be in a 'critical' state two years ago.
