Kevin Gale had 'just about the most severe mental illness you can have' when he stabbed Lee Turner.

Gale, 54, has been receiving treatment under the Mental Health Act at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish since a court hearing in 2019 found he was responsible for the killing. At the time he was deemed not fit to stand trial.
