The new figures reveal that, for the first time, the average second home buyer from London has spent over half a million pounds in 2021

According to data received by MyLondon from estate agents Hamptons, Teignbridge - a district which includes Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Buckfastleigh and parts of Dartmoor - is the cheapest of the top 10 locations where second home buyers from London are moving to.

So........when central government dictates to local government just how many new homes have to be built over a certain number of years, how is this number reached.?Do they take into account the number of actual and potential second and holiday homes in the south west?
