Concerned Tony is at high risk from coronavirus with a compromised immune system. He lives on the Strand in Dawlish, which is one of the busiest areas of town, especially in the summer months.

His daily treatment at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital is a matter of life and death, made even more difficult he says, by the council’s dithering on painting his disabled bay markings outside his flat.

,Yep,,,,, Lib dems toothless when it comes to getting things done, however would accept that Torys have more councillors on the county council but unfortunately the rate payers lose out as these groups make politcal decisions rather than decisions for the common good.

At a guess I would say DCC just dont want to set a presedence for fear of being inundated by similar requests.

I think Fred is probably right, and even if they do paint the bay what's to stop other disabled badge holders from parking there - unless there's a great big sign saying for Tony only! (which would still get ignored)
